Following the path to the origins of Pittella products. Creating images that express the substance and essence of the brand. Gentle tones emphasising heritage and substance. Shot in Milan, Sienna, Lake Garda and Lake Como for Pittella advertising, media, web and promotional material. Final suite, approximately 50 final images.

As a juxtaposition to the wider view of the city, I explored the notion of finding symmetry between the landscape and people in the city of Tokyo. In the spirit of Cartier Bresson, for this series I first identified the landscape component of the image (the background) and then waited until people who resonated with me entered. Often this was over an hour. Taking this time forced me to slow my brain, allowing me to look for more complex emotional and tonal detail.

These images are part of a photo essay style series to promote Cbus 17 Spring Street property in Melbourne. The final images were used as part of an art book and also other brand collateral.
